To ensure that your purchase goes as smoothly as possible we have produced this guide so that you will know exactly what to expect of us.

1. Delivery Charges
   Delivery is free for most of Mainland UK.
   
   Prices for delivery to other parts of the UK and Ireland are available upon request.
   
2. Delivery Times
   If the goods that you have selected are in stock then they will be available for despatch within 7 to 10 working days.
   
   

PAYMENT ON THE INTERNET

1. Using Credit or Debit Card
   When using this site, payment using a debit card or credit card is required at the time of the order. Payment is made via SECPay, one of the most secure payment methods on the internet today. William Armes Limited will automatically acknowledge your order via e-mail.
   
2. By Cheque
   You can also pay by cheque. Please make your cheque payable to William Armes Limited and send it to:

   Please allow 6 working days for your cheque to clear before your order is processed.
   

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you should return the goods (unused) within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging undamaged in any way, and we will refund the full purchase price.

Should the goods be incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will meet the cost of return and replace or exchange any such goods. We will refund you for the price paid including the delivery charge.

In all other circumstances we will either exchange the goods or refund the amount paid less the postage and packaging.

For any of the above stated circumstances, please use the Return Form sent with the goods.

Unless genuinely faulty, we are unable to take back a Personalised Doormat.

PRIVACY POLICY

As a matter of policy, William Armes Limited does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. We may purely, for our own promotional purposes, communicate offers to you from time to time.
