Terms and conditions

Sizes:	All sizes are approximate.
Prices:	Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be charged at prices ruling at date of invoice.
Cut Lengths:	Charges for cut pieces will be based on the width of roll used. If required, the resultant off - cut(s) will be sent with order.
V.A.T.:	Prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T.
Terms of Payment:	Prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T.
Delivery:	The Company will do its best to execute orders promptly but does not undertake to deliver by specific dates.
Carriage:	Carriage will be charged on all account orders where the net value is less than £325 or €650 and proforma orders under £1000 net. Minimum charges will apply for each consignment under 20Kg. When booking is necessary a fee of £8.00 will apply.
Damage:	Claims for damage of goods should be made to the company immediately upon delivery.
Non-Delivery:	Claims for shortage or partial non-delivery should be noted accordingly on the carrier's delivery note and confirmed in writing within three days of delivery. Written verification within three days of invoice is needed for total non-deliveries.
